After spending decades working in big business we kept returning to this question: how can we re-imagine the role of business in creating human sustainability?
Not as a byproduct or ‘nice to do’ but as a core enabler of business value.
The conversation hasn’t stopped and here we are today — business impact, human impact, together.
We believe, from direct experience, that business leaders and teams want to play a part in creating positive change while driving performance.
The pathways however, can be difficult to see amidst relentless cycles of targets, results and firefighting.
We decided to play our part and provide a springboard, to help business leaders create value through new ways of seeing, leading and operating, at scale.

Kerry has worked globally to shape people agendas that fuel strategic agendas across a range of diverse sectors over the last 25 years. She has consulted and published in leadership, culture, talent, employer branding and workplace flexibility.
Her perspectives are shaped from a professional life in academia, corporate and corporate governance roles and a family life as mum to five children which made her PhD in workplace flexibility a project in art (and science) imitating life.

Alison has partnered with business leaders and global brands for over two decades to design winning strategies, activate leadership + cultures and build new ways of operating. She has lived and worked in North America, the UK and Australia; across boutique and strategy firm environments. Alison brings expertise in design thinking + people-led change and has worked extensively across sectors.

His expertise spans cultural transformation, leadership activation, and building future-fit capabilities that thrive in flux.
Thomas’ approach is grounded in evidence and elevated by empathy. He brings a sharp commercial instinct honed through years of working closely with senior executives to lead strategic transformation from within global organizations.
Based in Copenhagen, he leads work across the Nordics and beyond—and finds fresh perspective on winding trails, remote rivers, and new outdoor adventures that keep the mind clear and the compass steady.

Associate Partner
Samantha has spent over 25 years in leadership roles at Board level. She brings a wealth of experience as a CEO, NED and Chair in the UK and Europe. During her time as a Managing Director for Board and C-suite leadership at Accenture she advised clients on all aspects of board leadership, culture, strategic alignment and performance across sectors and internationally.
She has also worked for many years as strategic advisor, mentor and coach empowering leaders to drive high performance in their business.
Samantha brings a unique mindset and perspective, shaped by an international education and business career, combined with a multicultural family life.
