Key responsibilities

  • Manage Client Engagement & Delivery through defining success, mapping out the work to be done, designing client facing resources and delivering outcomes through excellent project management.

  • Business Development through identifying opportunities, building memorable client relationships, planning and pricing engagements and developing compelling proposals.

  • Positively impacting on People and Team through developing self, creating value for the team, generously developing others and playing a role to ensure Multiple is a truly great place to work.

  • Grow and amplify Multiple by shaping and bringing our Vision, Mission and Strategy to life.​

​What is required to succeed in this role

  • Your excellent consulting and project management expertise is demonstrated through understanding the context, challenges and opportunities, mapping out the critical path, creating structured and implementable work plans to ensure deliverables and momentum stay on track.

  • You obsess (in a healthy way) over the detail with a focus on delivering quality work under tight deadlines. It’s a cliché but you don’t sweat the small stuff and you’re energised by rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • Demonstration of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, you can flex your approach and personal style to different client and social contexts.

  • You are intellectually curious.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment as a Consultant or similar role demonstrating transferrable skills.

  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills and confidence, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Sharepoint.
